IS DEVELOPING AND CUSTOMIZING THE PRODUCT

WHICH  PROVIDES A CONTINUOUS, CONSTANT AND COMPLETE SERVICE TO A SMALL NUMBER OF REGULAR CLIENTS

TRECO d.o.o.  was established in 2008.

The company is based in Belgrade at No. 4 Mijacka street, Republic of Serbia.

 

The company provides architectural services and the preparation of design documentation for construction, which includes the design of business, residential, tourist, industrial and other facilities, as well as small urban areas and complexes.

 

Our range of services includes:

 

  • Development of preliminary and conceptual designs of facilities, interior designs as well as urban areas and complexes.

 

  • Development of complete main design documentation required for:

 

       - obtaining the necessary permits and approvals from the competent local and
       republic authorities,

       - construction of designed facilities.

 

  • Preparation of tender documentation for contracting and execution of works on construction of designed facilities.

 

  • development of pre-investment studies in the field of construction:

 

       - defining spatial and content solutions for a particular site,

       - site capacity assessment,

       - investment value assessment for the facility construction on the site

 

  • conducting design supervision in the process of realization of facility construction works:

 

       - control of the level of implementation of the designed solutions,

       - quality control of performed works,

       - control of implementation of the contracted schedule of works.

 

These services relate to designs for the construction of new facilities, as well as to the reconstruction and conversion of existing ones (business/commercial, tourist, industrial or else).

 

Since 2017, the company’s activities have predominantly been focused on participation in projects related to the realization of hotel facilities in accordance with the standards of the MARRIOTT hotel chain.

HOTEL FACILITY “COURTYARD by MARRIOTT” in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska

 

Designing and design supervision during the realization of the designed works. Development of complete design documentation to bring the facility to a fully functional state according to the standards of the "MARRIOTT” hotel chain.

HOTEL FACILITY “MOXY” of MARIOTT brand, Belgrade, Republic of Serbia

 

Development of complete design documentation for:

- carrying out the conversion of the existing facility / total reconstruction into the standard of the Marriott hotel chain.

- obtaining the approval from the Marriott hotel chain,

- obtaining the appropriate permits from the competent authorities,

Design supervision during the execution of designed works and implementation of the hotel chain standards.

Development of architectural-urban study for construction of hotel facility. The study has been prepared with a view to present the potential of the location to hotel brands:

  • Sheraton - Marriott brand and

  • Pullman - Accor hotels group brand
